Using our knowledge of thousands of sources and our research and analysis tools, our customised reports provide a faster, more cost-effective way to gather and distil evidence than using consultancies, agencies, or internal staff. They provide an objective "state of evidence" report in a given topic, examined from a range of perspectives and sources, packaged in a way to inform internal strategy, internal workshops, or positioning papers, or as option lists to fuel innovation/improvement programmes.

We offer a Lite Report - which is typically 10pp-20pp and a fast turnaround review of evidence, and a longer Deep Dive option, which is usually 50pp-75pp, with a deeper analysis. We are already coupled into thousands of sources to get a head-start. We can also augment desk research with low-cost and pragmatic primary research - including short surveys or interviews - to give you a robust pack of evidence for informing your business , without breaking the bank, or waiting for months for input.

The goal is to provide a evidence you need at a fraction of the cost of a consultancy or agency, shorter timescales.and with a focus on the factors that drive business performance.

About: 10pp-20pp paper with definitions, trends, key PESTLE factors, key news and events, impacts of known macro scenarios, uncertainties/risks, top sources.

Use cases: Insight for an internal board/strategy paper, insight for presentations, supporting context for primary research or analysis, updates to internal knowledge in Learning & Development.

Cost: £149 (ex VAT)

Timescale: Complete draft in 72 hrs (3days) from kick off.

Amends: Typos and clarification questions relating to unclear content. Turnaround: 48hrs.

About: 50pp-75pp PPT or Word report, with 10 slide Powerpoint presentation summary in your branding. Covers all topics in Lite at greater depth, plus deeper reviews of expert insight, stakeholder behaviour, benchmarks, future scenarios and further sources.

Use cases: Internal workshop, investment or strategy-day preparation, innovation programme planning, annual department planning

Cost: £1k (ex VAT)

Timescales: Complete draft in 10 working days from kick off.

Amends: All typos/clarifications. 3x added Qs, Turnaround :1 working week

About: Report, presentation and interactive 1hr presentation based on requirement. Typical assignments will include a Lite or Deep Dive report with a primary research module and/or specific data analysis.

Use cases: As per both Lite or Deep Dive but when team capacity is low or it is desirable to outsource more of the project for anoyher reason

Cost: Varies c£3k-£10k (ex VAT)

Timescales: Varies - typically 2wks- 2mths depending on field work and analysis.

Amends: Typically two rounds of questions and usual amends where anything is unclear.

If you buy 6 Lite reports the cost is still under £1k and timescale under a month. So, you can explored a broad topic without having burned the budget or waited months for answers.

5. Flexible deliverables: Deliverables are typically presented in a Word document wiht short Powerpoint summary pack. Key data is provided in Excel. You can therefore drag and drop content to re-use it in further presentations or documents. However, if you want the results another way, such as Tableau or a summary video, just ask.

1. Check we cover you: We conduct research on a reasonably wide range of busines functions, practices and trends - but not on everything. Complete the short form below, telling us your research topic,.key questions, timescales and whether its more important at this stage to get a robust answer, or a fast overview before deciding on your next steps - we have two standard templates for our reports, "Lite" and "Deep Dive" that likely serve people wanting speed or depth. You can download our templates to see if either suits you. If you start with the "Lite" option you can also pay the difference later to expand it to a "Deep Dive" report. If you need new primary research or specific types of analysis, you may need a "Customised" option.

2. Review the proposal: We will send you back our options with costs and timescales in 48 hours, telling you honestly about any trade offs in terms of cost, time and quality. We'll let you know about any intel that is likely difficult to get within incurring signficant expense, leaving you with 2-3 options and our recommendation based on your initial requirements.

3. Choose -> Pay: Choose the option and pay. .

4. Sit back: Your report will be delivered in 2 working days for the Lite report and 10 working days for the Deep Dive. If you want a customised project, or one that involves your input, then we' will have provided a schedule, and can give deliverables en route if needed. We will complete your report over the timescales for the type of report you have requested.

5. Receive and review deliverables: We will deliver your report. Based on the type, we will make edits and answer questions.

6. Want to know more: If the report provides you with new questions, then we can build on your report with other customised options, using the same approach, but using your initial report as the foundation. We can also append a longer 2hr interactive online workshop if you want help to internalise and embed the results with a team at a cost of £300+VAT.
