Evidence-based management

Interactive workshop on evidence-based management, discussing the principles, and reflecting on individual and group perceptions of the approach. Exercises are conducted to explore how individuals in groups think differently and what the implications are. Teams are encouraged to identify risks to current practices, and also areas where evidence worked for their organisation. The end goal is to be better versed in the ideas and best practices, so as to promote better decisions in future.
